Control Panels for Road Construction Machinery with Monitor system

Its feather touch keyboard is so sophisticated that you will feel the operation of heavy machinery very smoothly. Our control panel is very sturdy in Design and it is equipped with output cable box for easy
connections.

The Control Panel monitored system has the following unique features that deals with panel, and communicate with the user.

Display

The Display system is divided into three types as follows:

1) CONTROL PANEL

The Control panel shows the actual screen that is shown on the panel board. Its also shows the starter status along with the screen. Its reading is upgraded for every 6 sec.

2) PRODUCTION DISPLAY

The Production display is divided into four parts. It also shows the present ton per hour (TPH) capacity of the plant. On clicking the bare area of the content, that particular portion is zoomed.

a. Temperature: It shows the actual display such as

( i ) Running capacity of the plant in TPH (ton per hour ).
( ii ) Set and actual value of Bitumen tank1 and tank 2 temperature.
( iii ) Hot Aggregate temperature.
( iv )Mix material temperature. It also indicates the status of Bitumen tank1 and 2 burner and controls solenoid valve of Dryer burner.

b. Four Bin feeder: It shows the actual kg/ min and set percentage of each bin along with the master setting .

c. Loadcell: It indicates the Running Mode of the panel. It shows the Set Aggregate kg/min, percentage of Bitumen, Mineral filler and Moisture corrections. It also shows the actual kg/min display of Aggregate, Bitumen and Filler.

d. Total: It shows the total kg of Aggregate, Bitumen, Filler and the totalizer.

3) MIMIC DISPLAY:

Whether the plant is in running mode or not is verified from the mimic display. It also indicates the flow of material from the each bins, conveyor belts and hopper.

GRAPH

This graph shows the graphical representation of the production in kg/min. It also shows the present ton per hour (TPH) capacity of the plant production and its total capacity. It also displays the graph of the last 30 minutes.

REPORTS

The Reports is configured into four types as below

1) PRINT SLIP

It displays the "Message box" for entering the trip no. of the last loaded truck .On entering the trip no. it show the latest data as shown below:

2) DAILY SLIPS

It stores the slip of the previously produced material. It shows the "Message box" for entering the date. The date is entered in dd/mm/yy on clicking the shown button. It also shows the total production output of particular date.

3) DAILY REPORTS

It shows the data of the whole day .The data will be stored in memory and reports can be taken for set time duration for the day.

4) DATEWISE REPORTS

It shows the date wise production data of the date as per the requirement of user. .Date is entered in dd/mm/yy from the particular date to date.
